Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Bernard Johnson for Congress. Please complete the form below. You must be 18 or older to sign this form without a parent or guardian. Volunteers under 18 will need to have their parent or guardian sign a consent form. 

Volunteer Agreement & Indemnification:

• I am volunteering my time without expectation of compensation.
• I agree to respect campaign guidelines and follow lawful instructions from staff.
• I will not disclose confidential campaign information.
• I understand I participate at my own risk.
• I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bernard Johnson, his campaign, staff, and volunteers from any claims arising from my volunteer activities, including those caused by negligence.
