Volunteer Area Coordinator (Lubbock, Abilene, Andrews, Snyder)

Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week
Reports to: Campaign Manager or Volunteer Director

Responsibilities:

Serve as the local point-of-contact for campaign activity in your area

Recruit, train, and schedule local volunteers

Help organize block walks, phone/text banking efforts, and event logistics

Build relationships with community leaders, churches, and civic groups

Attend local events to represent the campaign

Share weekly updates with the campaign HQ on local outreach efforts

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable with outreach and public interaction

Passionate about the mission of the campaign

Familiarity with your local community
